This cozy setting can be combined with lunch in our formal dining room.
	Terrace Room | $200-$250 | More Info | Call To Reserve This Room The Terrace Room faces our tree-lined backyard gardens. This beautiful setting provides the perfect location for your next Executive retreat, Board of Directors Meeting, Team Development, Strategic Planning or Training Session. From formal corporate and business meetings, to dinners and family celebrations, this Terrace Room is wonderful for a small to mid-sized group. For additional space to the Terrace room, you may add on the Terrace "Annex".
	Terrace Patio | $300 | More Info | Call To Reserve This Room Not only does the Terrace Room face our heavily treed backyard gardens, it provides immediate access to our outdoor patio. WEDDINGS

Our Dining, Foyer & Living rooms provide elegant and formal settings. The exclusive use of this area is the perfect indoor setup for small weddings and photos.

For those seeking an outdoor wedding setting, the Terrace Patio and backyard provide the perfect backdrop for a wedding, reception and outdoor photos. The privacy, beauty and elegance of the grounds make for an unforgettable day!

POLICIES

Cancellation:
Meetings

• Less than 14 days prior to the date booked, will be charged 100% of the rental cost of the room(s).
• 15 to 30 days: 50% of the rental cost of the room(s) will be charged.

Weddings

• Less than 60 days prior to the date booked, will be charged 100% of the rental cost.
• 60 to 90 days: 50% of the rental cost will be charged.

Deposits:
Meetings

• $100 deposit will be taken at the time confirmation of your meeting is made.

Weddings

• 50% nonrefundable deposit, equivalent to the event charges, is due upon confirmation of booking.
• We do not allow DJ's, dance floors and/or open bars.

Food and/or Beverages

• Requirements must be ordered at least 7 days prior to the scheduled function.
• Final guaranteed guest count is required 7 days prior to the event. If final numbers are not in by this date, the inn reserves the right to charge the original contract number or actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Alcohol
For light toasting only.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted outside only, in our designated areas.

Other
The use of staples, tacks, tape or glue are not permitted on the walls of our conference room facilities. Green painters tape may be used, and will be supplied upon request.
